Cabal Alz to help you upgrade, which is necessary. Once you get that out of the way, here is a general guide to making a wizard.
This is the same as every class. It does not matter the skills you get, or the stats you have, or the Cabal Alz you have, really. Just you are sure you can wear 2 Agamid Martial stuff.
I find that at early levels 1 to 45, level 9 ice elemental spells are the best. At expert skill rank, however, you can get the flame and terra cannons. Those you will use later.
This is your choice at level 45 to 50. The skill grinds now or later. Either way, it is going to take time and Cabal money. I would suggest shelling out about 1million to buy your 2 Agamid set, now and grind to about master or a master even. It is well worth it. To grind, I would suggest going to Musketeers, no matter how mobbed it is. Your second choice of course, is to keep going and grinding to level yourself up. This gets handy if you want to get some cash for skills and such, which is also important.
At port Luxembourg which is a new place, where there are many new monsters and possibly new Kiser. You also must grind here and earn cabal Gold. The quests are optional, yet I find them useless. Only you do the 70 quests, since they give decent experience and great Cabal Online Alz. As for training, from 50 to 55 you should go to Phantom Crews. Afterwards, you go to Stone Golems, and finally move to the beach at 60 or higher to mob Dark Bladders. At Stone Golems, you will find capes. It is very handy to grind there, since you will get either money, or your new cape. When you finish the all, your level must improve to 65.
